At Linkedin, she was a thought partner and strategic advisor to a portfolio of 200 finance leaders, corporate executives, investors, and tech entrepreneurs. As a relationship manager, she directly advised C-level executives on how to leverage Linkedin’s 600M member professional network to increase deal flow, source talent, share thought leadership, and drive brand visibility and strategic narratives amongst buyers. Near the end of her tenure, Erikan reached 180% quota attainment and was the #1 relationship manager in her business line in North America and #2 across the Americas.

She’s also the founder of KIN, a media and communications agency for visionary leaders and companies. We develop the brands of finance leaders and institutions looking to connect with multicultural and multigenerational audiences around the world. Our clients include leaders across top US Banks and venture firms.

Erikan is a globally recognized public speaker and has keynoted and led workshops with 1000+ C-Suite executives at Inbound, TED, Webbdagarna Gothenburg, and more. Across 3 continents she has coached leaders on international business development, community building, strategic narratives, executive presence, and professional branding.
