Nancy is currently the Associate Director at the Kravis Leadership Institute. She has dedicated over 11 years to executing the mission and vision of the Kravis Leadership Institute through managing and overseeing institute operations, administrative responsibilities, major projects, events, and leadership development of her staff members. Her expertise includes organizational leadership, office management and planning, employee relations and supervision, financial management, board relations, donor recruitment, and development. Her additional duties include public relations, advertising, promoting, and overseeing KLI’s social media and website. Nancy’s professionalism, passion, dedication, and creativity is instrumental to the success of the Institute.
