Christopher Reina is the founder of Leading Without Ego LLC, a Virginia-based leadership consulting organization, and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Virginia Commonwealth University. His coaching, research, and teaching focus on the intersection of leadership, mindfulness, and emotions in the workplace and how they aid employees and organizations in successfully adapting to change. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Leadership Sequence from Claremont McKenna College where he was awarded Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Christopher earned a Masters of Applied Leadership and Management and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Christopher has corporate experience in leadership training and development as well as sales and marketing in the healthcare industry, and currently serves on the Massey Cancer Center Junior Advisory Board, which raises awareness of and financial support for the research, resources, and programs at the VCU Massey Cancer Center.
