Associate Consultant,  Bain & Company

Alice Chang is currently an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company in Los Angeles, CA. Before starting at Bain, she worked for a social enterprise in the Philippines focused on promoting solar development in rural villages. She is passionate about the renewable energy industry and hopes to pursue a long-term career in solar energy.

While at CMC, she studied Economics-Government, and was heavily involved with SOURCE non-profit consulting, a student-run organization dedicated to serving local nonprofits and answering their most difficult strategic questions. SOURCE is an organization sponsored by the Kravis Institute.

With the support of KLI, Alice attended the 2012 World Energy Forum in Dubai UAE, after placing top 15 in a UN-sponsored essay contest on finding sustainable solutions for the world’s energy consumption. Furthermore, KLI also supported Alice’s travels to Ecuador to produce a mini-documentary on organic farming during the winter of her Sophomore year.
